Solution 1 (Android, iOS):

1. Uninstall the app.

• Long press on the Garbh Sanskar Guru app's icon for 2-3 seconds and select "info" or "app info" or the "i" icon, then choose the storage or manage storage option.

• Click on "Clear data" or "Clear all data."

• Restart the app.

Solution 3 (Android, iOS):

• Update your operating system and basic tools like YouTube and Zoom app. Restart the app.

How do I resolve login issues or "Password is Invalid" errors?

If you receive a "Password is Invalid" error, it means that you are entering the wrong password. In this case, you can simply click on the "Forgot password" option to reset your password.

I can't access certain features even though I have a paid subscription. What could be the problem?

There are two possibilities:

Possibility 1: If the transaction failed from the payment gateway side and we have not received your payment, please wait for 2-5 banking days. If the money has been debited from your account, it will be automatically refunded.

Possibility 2: If the amount has been debited from your account and you are still unable to access the paid course content, please contact us at helpline 9727006001 or email us at garbhsanskarguru@gmail.com. Provide your transaction details, including the date, time, and payment snapshot, along with your registered email address or mobile number. How do I change the language settings?

To change the language settings in the Garbh Sanskar Guru app, follow these steps:

1. Click on "Profile" located at the top left of your screen.

2. Select "Change language" and then choose the appropriate language.

How do I change the Pregnancy day in the app?

You can change the Pregnancy day only if you are a paid subscriber. If you are a paid member of the app, you are allowed to change the Pregnancy day only once. To change it, follow these steps:

1. Click on "Profile" located at the top left of your screen.

2. Select "Change day" and then choose the correct Last Menstrual Period (LMP) and submit.

How do I stop a course in case of a miscarriage?

We are deeply sorry for your loss. In this unfortunate event, you can pause the paid course content once. To pause it, please follow these steps:

1. Click on "Profile" located at the top left of your screen.

2. Select "Pause App" option.

Upon successful conception next time, you can once again go to "Profile" and click on the "Resume App" option. You will be prompted to enter your LMP, and from then on, you will be able to resume the course content.

How do I upgrade from the planner course to the pregnant course?

To upgrade from the planner course to the pregnant course, follow these steps:

1. Click on "Profile" located at the top left of your screen.

2. Select "Change Pregnancy Status" and then choose "Pregnant."

3. Enter your LMP and submit.

How do I attend a live yoga class?

Live yoga classes can only be attended through the app. You will not receive any specific link to attend them. The schedule is already provided in the app. To attend a live yoga class, explore the "Additional Services" under the 12 activities tab and select the "Live Yoga Class" option. You will be able to see the timetable of upcoming classes.

You will receive an app notification 15 minutes before the scheduled class. When you see the "Live Now" label blinking on the live yoga class button, simply tap it to join the class.

How do I attend a weekly expert lecture?

Weekly expert lectures can be attended through the app only. You will not receive any specific link to attend them. The schedule of upcoming weekly classes is already available in the app. To attend a weekly expert lecture, explore the "Additional Services" under the 12 activities tab and select the "Weekly Live Class" option. You will be able to see the timetable of upcoming classes.

How do I start the parenting course?

If you are eligible for the parenting course access, you will see a banner with the details just below the "Additional Services" tab on your dashboard. As parenting is the subject after the baby's birth, you will be able to see the method and code to access the parenting course in the 9th month of your pregnancy. Just follow the instructions provided.

I have missed my live yoga class. Where can I get the recordings?

Live yoga classes are not recorded. However, we understand that you may sometimes miss a class. If you want to revise the class, two options are available in the app:

Option 1: Explore the Yoga activity from the 12 activities tab, which provides written and video recordings of your suggested yoga activities by experts. You can follow those.

Option 2: Recordings of prenatal yoga and a few master classes are available under the "Session" -> "Yoga" tab. Kindly explore it.
